Request window
Refund requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery unless mandatory law grants a longer period.
Eligibility
Items should be returned in original condition and packaging where possible. Any value reduction caused by handling beyond necessary inspection may affect refund amount where law permits.
Procedure
Email callback@klaxyronshel.world with your order details, reason for request, and supporting information. We will respond with return instructions.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after returned goods are received and reviewed, in line with applicable consumer law requirements.
Distance contract notice
For distance purchases, cancellation rights may apply within 14 days from receipt. If a statutory exception applies, it will be explained before order confirmation.
